It was just a perfect match for a weekend excursion in Los Angeles with very good value for money. The breakfast was basic but they helped with extra coffee when we ran out. Avoid the moldy bread situation, check everything before eating.

It was clean and perfect place, large and updated rooms. The staff was very polite, exceptionally nice all the time. The service was absolutely great.

Quiet accommodation with shopping and dining facilities in the immediate vicinity.

Room was very large and clean, fridge was available, breakfast ok, good location to the universal studios and Hollywood, very friendly staff, parking spaces included, large supermarket opposite

Breakfast had a wonderful variety that we loved every morning.

Parking was a hassle, as we had to leave our keys at the front desk for access. The noise levels from neighboring guests disturbed our sleep.

The accommodation itself was very good.

A little too expensive for my taste. It's better to invest a little more and maybe central living.

I liked that the rooms were clean and the location was very handy. I also liked that there was parking on-site.

The pool is ridiculous! It is inside, and covered in shade, and right next to the main road. I never saw anyone in the pool the entire 4 days I was there, and I was not surprised. Saying this place has an 'outdoor pool' is a lie, and was an extreme disappointment.

The location is spot on for Universal! Plus, it had a small indoor pool which was heated and quite a vibe. The room, though small, was clean and well-kept. We had no problem finding plenty of places to eat nearby, with diverse cuisines within walking distance. Super convenient!

The only complaint is that it didn't have a microwave oven or refrigerator. Other than that, it was great, it was still nice and clean. I would stay again.

Free Parking Close to universal studios

No crib available the whole time Staff just noticed it, didn't respond. Poor! Wifi was one of the worst I have ever experienced. 2012!!!!!!! Homeless people from the street went into the breakfast room, grabbing all they could get, leave a disgusting smell behind. Terrible. Especially with kids in the room. Bad tv signal. Now refrigerator. Pretty loud loud because of the near to the main street and an airport.
